Implants need to settle more (and arms are up), but her tummy tuck transformation was too good not to share. ✨ This mother of three presented with loose, redundant skin, a thicker layer of subcutaneous fat, and significant re**us diastasis. An abdominoplasty with re**us repair and liposuction was performed to remove loose skin, thin stubborn fat, and restore abdominal contour and core integrity. I performed a tummy tuck, repaired the muscle separation, and removed a large amount of fat through liposuction to achieve a flatter, more contoured abdomen. Beautiful before and after photos from one of my amazing patients ✨ Thank you for sharing! 🙏🏼 She had moderate sagging and loose skin (more on the right) and wanted more size and fullness, but preferred to avoid a breast lift (more scars, loss of sensation, etc). After a detailed discussion of options and expectations, we chose breast augmentation with 425 cc high-profile implants using a dual-plane technique.  While implants alone can’t correct all skin laxity, this approach gave her a gorgeous result with a noticeable improvement in shape, fullness, and balance.🔥🔥 Thanks for looking.
