Seems appropriate for the season! 🎅🎄 One of my gorgeous clients for whom I performed a revision , tummy tuck and liposuction. 🔥🔥 She had prior implants, but wanted more projection and better shape. I tightened her breast pocket, decreased her space and inserted the new 685cc HP BOOST implants. This is why I often tell patients not to focus on the number; 685cc may sound large, but she didn’t have a lot of breast tissue to begin with so it suits her very well. Doesn’t she looking stunning? 🤩 Look at those eyes! Thanks for looking. Pre-op: 5’2” 115lbs 32C [old implants SSF 365g]

Often in plastic surgery ✂️, it’s about weighing out the PROS and CONS. This wonderful mom lost a large amount of weight. We talked about abdominal muscle repair and 2 different procedures to remove the excess skin - full tummy tuck and the inverted T or Fleur-de-Lis tummy tuck. She understood that getting the latter would result in a ‘tighter’, firmer midsection, but there would be an extra vertical scar down the midline. She wanted to avoid this scar, so we elected to perform the regular tummy tuck. She as a mild amount of loose skin in the upper portions of the abdomen, but still looks incredible and transformed! 🔥😻 Thanks for looking!

Gorgeous breast lift and implants in a client who wanted larger breasts, but a natural slope. 😻 She had moderate sagging and loose skin. Her left breast was also larger and more ptotic. I performed a breast lift with 550cc HP implants, and removed more skin and tissue on her left side to even her out. She has gorgeous shape, a nice slope, and a size that suits her very well. ♥️ Thanks for looking! Pre-op: 5’4” 135lbs 36B/C

A beautiful example of a breast lift with conservatively sized implants. 🤩 This patient had moderate sagging and loose skin. She did not want to be too large, so we elected to perform a mastopexy with 350cc HP implants, as opposed to just using large implants to fill out the breasts. The loose skin has been removed, and the sagging corrected.  She has beautiful, well proportioned breasts that suit her frame very well. 🔥🔥 Thanks for looking. Pre-op: 5’6” 150lbs 34C

Beautiful in this mom of 2! 😍 Implants will settle a little more, and her scars will fade, but what a gorgeous transformation. 🔥🔥 She had significant sagging in the breasts along with loose skin and re**us diastasis in the abdomen. I performed a breast lift with 350cc HP implants to give her better shape while keeping her conservatively sized. Her breasts will settle further resulting in a more natural appearance, but they look amazing already. I also performed a full tummy tuck, muscle repair, and adjunctive liposuction to give her a flat and beautiful midsection. Thanks for looking! Pre-op: 5’3” 128lbs 32C (deflated)

Gorgeous example of a dual plane technique and BOOST implants. 😻 This wonderful client had mild sagging, asymmetry and deflation. She wanted a significant size increase and a little more obvious result. I used different sizes of the new HP BOOST implants (635 & 685 cc) along with a dual plane technique to fill and lift her breasts, giving her great cleavage and upper pole fullness. I also worked hard to decrease the space between her breasts. The BOOST implants aren’t for everyone but work well for those wanting something more obvious without looking ridiculous. Beautiful revision breast case. 😍 This client had numerous prior breast augments and lifts. She had mild sagging and loose skin. She also wanted more size, fullness and projection. I removed her old saline implants, tightened her breast pocket, inserted the new 545cc HP BOOST implants and performed a mastopexy. She has great shape, better projection, and more upper pole fullness. 🔥 Thanks for looking! Pre-op: 5’6.5” 151 lbs 34/36C [old implants 350cc saline moderate plus]

🤩🤩 Implants will settle a little more, but what a stunning transformation. This client had almost no breast tissue pre-op. I used 400cc HP cohesive gel implants to give her great shape, proportions and cleavage.🔥The size suits her well and can be dressed up or down. Her implants will settle a little more hiding the IMF scar. **Patient has scoliosis, hence the mild asymmetry** 😊 Beautiful in a client with significant sagging and loss of volume in the breast, and abdominal skin laxity with ab muscle separation. 🔥 I performed a breast lift along with 475cc HP implants under the muscle to raise her ni***es and provide better shape and projection. She has gorgeous proportions, nice cleavage and projection. A tummy tuck with muscle repair and adjunctive liposuction was also performed to give her a flat, toned stomach. Her tummy tuck scar is low and easily hidden by her underwear (and swimwear). Thanks for looking and have a great week friends! Pre-op: 5’9” 160 lbs 34DD
