Gorgeous . 🔥🔥 This client had great shape to begin with, but wanted a little more size, fullness and cleavage. We decided to use 325cc HP cohesive gel implants to fill out her breasts. I worked hard to decrease the space between her breasts. 😍 It’s important to note that every client has different anatomy and intermammary space to begin with. This along with breast tissue density, laxity, and resiliency will determine what is achievable. It’s also important to point out that every client has different desires and wishes; some like their breast closer together, while others like a little more space. Scars will continue to fade and implants will settle a little more, but what a gorgeous ! 😍 This client had moderate sagging and deflation after pregnancy and breastfeeding. She also had severe re**us diastasis (ab muscle separation) and redundant skin in the abdomen. I performed a breast lift with 500cc HP implants to give her great proportions, cleavage and shape!🔥 I also performed a tummy tuck with re**us repair and liposuction to give her a toned, flat abdomen. 🤩 more BOOST goodness! Her scars will continue to lighten but what a beautiful breast lift with implants. 😍 She had moderate sagging and loose skin. And wanted more size and fullness, particularly in the upper pole. I performed a mastopexy ✂️ to remove the loose skin and raise the ni***es, along with 635cc HP BOOST implants placed under the muscle. The BOOST implants still feel soft and natural, but have better shape retention which helps keep more fullness up top. They are not for all clients but work very well for those wanting a little more obvious results. Thanks for looking! Pre-op: 5’5” 150lbs 34B

Gorgeous transformation! 🤩🔥 This wonderful client had mild asymmetry and very little breast tissue to begin with. She wanted more size, but something that was reasonable and could be dressed up or down. We did a thorough sizing and elected to use 450cc HP implants for her. They were placed under the muscle. Patient didn’t get liposuction in some of the common areas, but isn’t this still SO drastic? 🤩 This wonderful mom of 3 lost 60 lbs and had significant sagging and deflation in her breasts along with loose skin in her abdomen. I performed a breast lift with 585cc HP BOOST implants (LOVE these new implants!) and a tummy tuck with re**us repair to remove the excess skin and overhang in her abdomen. She has gorgeous, perky breasts (they will settle a little more), great proportions, and awesome cleavage! 😍 Her stomach is nice and flat - no more overhang! 🔥🔥 Her scars will continue to lighten. A beautiful revision case. 😍 This client had implants from 12.5 years ago. She had a rupture on the left side, pocket changes, and mild sagging/loose skin. She wanted a larger size, more upper pole fullness and a tighter space. I performed a breast lift, adjusted her breast pockets, and used the new 685 cc HP BOOST implants. With time, the pocket will relax and stretch out, so a lateral capsulorraphy (tightening) was performed along with opening superiorly and medially to bring the space closer together. I can show n!pples! 🙄😂 His scars will continue to fade, but this is a nice example of gynecomastia correction. This client had moderate gynecomastia, with both glandular and fatty tissue. I performed both liposuction as well as tissue excision to give him better contour and shape in his chest. In these cases, we cannot remove all the tissue for risk of dents and concavity deformities, but will generally remove the majority being cognizant of surrounding areas. It is a very straightforward procedure with minimal pain and downtime. Thanks for looking!

She also had severe re**us diastasis (ab muscle separation) and redundant skin in the abdomen. She wanted smaller breasts and did not want to use implants. I performed a breast lift with soft tissue resuspension to give her perky, smaller, and more symmetric breasts. I also performed a tummy tuck with re**us repair and significant liposuction to give her a toned, flat abdomen. Her scars will continue to lighten in color, but doesn’t she look like a completely different person? 🔥🔥 Thanks for looking!

This is a very nice illustration of the Dual Plane technique with . 😍 This client had moderate sagging, loose skin, and mild tuberous breast deformity (pointed, cone shape with little fullness in lower half of the breast). She was an ideal candidate for trying this method because she had smaller breasts and not a large amount of loose skin. With the Dual Plane technique, the implant (we used 425cc HP for her) is placed under the muscle. But the breast tissue is separated from the muscle so it’s easier for the breasts to fill out and lift up. The correction we can achieve will vary depending on the size of the implant, the amount of loose skin/sagging, and tissue quality. Thanks for looking. Pre-op: 5’1” 115lbs 32A

COMMON MISCONCEPTION‼️🤔 These photos explain an often asked question/misunderstanding regarding belly button placement.

Photo 1 shows the ab muscle separation or re**us diastasis (white lines), and the belly button which is attached deep down like a mushroom on a stalk. It varies, but you can see the ‘stem’ is only ~ 1.5cm long in this case.

Photo 2 shows the re**us repair completed. Doing so will ‘suck in’ the belly button, especially if there is severe separation. We then cut out the excess skin on the bottom of the tummy and pull the skin down and over the belly button. A new hole is then made for the it to come through.

Photo 3 shows the belly button pulled towards the left side. You can see once the muscle repair is completed there isn’t much length to the stem ~1 cm. In fact, oftentimes with severe separation, the belly button is so ‘sucked in’ that there isn’t much length and it can be difficult to bring to the surface. Hence, there isn’t much leeway to move the belly button ⬆️ or ⬇️ It stays where it naturally sits and we simply make a new hole for it to pop through after we pull the skin down overtop of it.
