Trigger finger = when your tendon gets stuck from inflammation + tightness 😣
Try this simple gua sha routine for relief:
1. Gently scrape along the sides of your finger
2. Scrap your entire palm (don’t miss your thumb + pinky base!)
3. Massage the back of your hand between each finger
4. Add a rice grain + tape trick for all-day massage
