How is Everyone’s Heart Doing?
Leo Full Moon was all about activating our Heart Centre and turning on our Magnetism grounded in our Integrity and Authenticity.

Whose Heart has been grieving? Whose Heart has felt cleared and lifted? Maybe all of the above… I have definitely felt all of it, and still feeling it. There is a lot of repressed emotions and love that we are still coming face to face to face with. Deep Abandonment, Betrayal, Rejection, and Self-Worth issues, trying to make way to a clearer path of how we want to heal this deep deep pain. It’s going to take time, give yourself grace and compassion as you allow that pain to come to the surface to finally look at it.

Hopefully the cards will give you some answers of what it is that you need to fully see and feel to be able to integrate the emotions you are feeling and help you see a clearer path ahead. You are Love, you are Precious, you are Gold.

Wow we have some Energy coming to shake us awake
To all the ways we have been denying ourselves our true essence… how you feeling?

It’s rough when we realize all of the things we are subconsciously allowing ourselves to create around us… it takes a moment to pull the reigns back.

Self-awareness to the life we allow ourselves to create subconsciously can be a scary thing. Beautiful thing is we have the availability to stop, breathe and assess.

Understanding that all things around you are essentially of your creation, can trigger a lot of people. And I understand, as it requires and required me to take a lot of responsibility for the things I was allowing in to make me feel powerless and out of control.

We put people, places and things on a pedestal of control over us to keep us from taking responsibility to those choices we know we need to make for ourselves in order to make our lives better for ourself. Guilt, shame, blame, all the things to keep us from grounding into and anchoring into ourself, our bodies, our choices and our awareness.

Through the coming months remind yourself to come back to yourself, ask yourself that the things you are not seeing be brought to your awareness. In Awareness we are better suited to make better choices for how we want to show up for ourselves.

I think there is a moment that we all wait to get to
That moment when we fully choose to show up for ourself in a way we have denied ourselves the entirety of our life.

What would that moment look like? Feel Like? That whole body yes of integration that happens when you finally choose yourself over giving yourself away to everything else around you.

The Love, the understanding, the grounding, the integration of all the lessons you have been journeying?

I was asked…. One day a year ago during an an appointment… whatI thought life looked like on the other side of this healing journey, and honestly I had no idea… it was never a spiritual place I had ever been to before… fully healing can mean truly giving up any ounce of possible victimhood, blame, and finger pointing… and taking full responsibility of letting go of that pain. But who are we without our pain and suffering? Truly… what would that look like? Is it even truly possible… so here I sit and continue to breathe into those spaces I am still holding, and learning how to let go and integrate the lessons of healing. Sitting and breathing, allowing… sitting, breathing, allowing, grounding… integrating… breathing… sitting….soaking it all in….
