We are pleased to offer vaccine record card printing. We can provide a printed copy at no charge, and an option to have a card-sized laminated copy for $1.50 each. Please bring your health care number, ID and the month/year of your vaccination.

You are also able to obtain vaccine record cards for friends and family members as long as you can provide their health care number, date of birth and month/year of their vaccination.

Millwoods Registry will be closed on Monday August 2 for the civic holiday. We will reopen with regular business hours on Tuesday August 3.

On July 1, all health restrictions will be lifted in Alberta, including the indoor mask mandate.

Our registry will continue the following measures to protect customers and staff:

1. Continued use of physical barriers, socially distanced line up, enhanced sanitation measures, staff masking, and monitoring of staff for illness.

2. Encouraging mask wearing for your protection as we are a very busy office especially during the summer time

3. Mandatory masking while taking a knowledge test in our enclosed testing room, and while taking a road test

If you are feeling unwell, please do not visit. There are options for service online and we will be here to serve you when you are healthy.

We want to continue to make our office safe for our customers and staff. Thank you for your understanding.

Millwoods Registry will be closed on Friday April 2 for Good Friday. We will reopen on Saturday April 3 with regular business hours. We are also open as usual on Monday, April 5.

To our valued customers,

Thank you so much for your patience over the past week while we were temporarily closed. As the health and safety of our customers and staff are of the utmost importance, the closure allowed us to sanitize the office and allow our staff to rest and ensure they are healthy to return back to work.

We are happy to announce that we will be reopening on Monday, March 8 with regular business hours. In order to ensure proper distancing between customers and staff, we will be operating with a smaller number of staff, so wait times may be longer than usual. We ask that you be patient with us, and we will ensure that we help you as soon as we can safely.

Our Covid-19 open outbreak status is scheduled to end on March 28. In the meantime we will do everything we can to ensure the safety of our customers with social distancing and sanitizing measures.

Due to a Covid-19 outbreak, we will be temporarily closed until Monday March 8. We have made this decision out of an abundance of caution for our staff and community at large. During this time, the office will be deep cleaned, which will allow us to continue providing a safe place for our valued customers.
