Our team is incredibly grateful for all of you—our ecosystem of supporters, clinical partners, and endometriosis advocates—who powered us through a remarkable 2025.
At the beginning of 2025, it took an average 5.3 years to get an endometriosis diagnosis in Canada. However, most women we spoke to had waited 15 years or longer for a diagnosis. As of December 2025, it takes 30 minutes. Just a few months ago we became the Canadian Distributors for the ENDOSURE and secured Health Canada authorization to distribute the TIER-1 ENDOSURE diagnostic test—the only non-invasive, 30-minute diagnostic test for endometriosis that delivers instant results. Since then, we have validated clinical demand across Canada, helped established the first permanent testing sites in gynecology and fertility clinics in Ontario and Alberta, launched a EVG education platform, and positioned ourselves as leaders in breaking the 5+ year diagnostic gap that has plagued endometriosis sufferers for decades.

How the TIER-1ENDOSURE test for the diagnosis of endometriosis has already changed lives in Canada.

"I want to share my story about ENDOSURE and just share my testimony. I've been on a journey of fertility and we were actually working with a gynecologist for about four years. I was working with her and all they could come up with was that I had unexplained infertility. They did some testing, I think just some very basic testing and it led me to really ask what is going on with my body and eventually actually led me to ENDOSURE Test. I was able to go to a clinic and get this test, which was non-invasive data, just strap the machine on, and it was able to actually diagnose that I had endometriosis, which was such, for me, just a miracle of actually finally getting answers for what was actually going on and why we weren't able to get pregnant successfully. My doctor was able to see that, "okay, she has endometriosis", she needs extra help. Like I needed surgery and so I was able to get a referral for surgery, and was actually still told I wouldn't get pregnant even with the surgery, but I was able to pregnancy right after the surgery, like not even weeks after. And which is such a testimony of how ENDOSURE has helped me on this journey and helped answer so many questions that I had, for years really, of what is going on. So I'm just so grateful for this technology, and what it's done in my life, and I just think it's such a benefit for clients to actually have access to this."

Would you be able to share what you think this test has done for your treatment pathway or your health journey? Yeah. Um, so I'm excited to talk a little bit more to the doctor about it, of course. But, um, I mean the first thing is just the, um, confirmation that your symptoms are real and that, you know, you probably were wondering, am I crazy? And, um, it's really nice. To just get a little bit of affirmation that, you know, it's not imaginary. This is a very real thing. And, um, I'd say that's probably the biggest takeaway from today.

How long have you had the symptoms that you have? Over 15 years. Over 15 years? Yes. Yeah. Yeah. How long did it take for you to. Prepare. And, and how long did the actual ENDOSURE test take for you today? Um, I registered for this at the end of last week when I saw it online. And so the preparation was very minimal. Yeah. Yeah. I was preparing from since last night. That's it. Yeah. Yeah. And, uh, how long did the test actually take. 30 minutes? Yeah. 30 minutes of active testing. You got your results. Mm-hmm.
