Registered dietitians are an important part of our multidisciplinary team. They work with primary care providers and other team members to provide high quality, evidence-based care to patients in our community. Working to their full scope, registered dietitians assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nutrition care plans to patients of all ages.

February is Heart Health Month ❤️

Cardiovascular disease remains one of the leading causes of death in Canada, but many risk factors can be managed with early action.

Prevention starts with awareness. Take a moment to check in on your heart health and connect with your primary care team. Your primary care provider can refer you to a PCN registered nurse, registered dietitian, behavioural health consultant, exercise specialist, or social worker for more support and proactive strategies tailored to your health goals.
