Unfortunately, today’s scheduled Hanukkah event at Laurel Heights must be cancelled. Our team has been advised to limit group activities at this time, as some residents have been experiencing flu-like symptoms.

Out of an abundance of caution - and in order to protect the health and well-being of our residents, guests, and community, we will be postponing the event and rescheduling it for a later date.

Today was all about laughter, teamwork and Holiday spirit! Our residents and employees competed in festive games, cheering each other on, smiling from ear to ear, and bringing the holiday magic to life!
The room was full of excitement, friendly competition and lots of giggles. Every game had a crowd, every crowd was cheering, and every person left with a big smile. By the end the whole building felt brighter, lighter, and filled with that warm holiday joy.
Thank you to every resident and employee member who joined in and a big shoutout to the recreation team for making this magic happen!

On December 5th, our residents spent the afternoon creating little gifts of appreciation for the amazing volunteers who share their time, talents, and kindness with us all year long.

There was laughter, crafting, stories, and so much love in the room. Watching residents make something beautiful for others, and seeing our very own resident volunteers join in, reminded us just how special this community is.

To every volunteer: thank you for the joy you bring, the smiles you share, and the difference you make every day. We truly appreciate you! 💐🤍

Today our residents filled the room for an important presentation on scams and frauds, led by Detectives from EPS. Such a valuable and eye-opening session, especially learning about common threats like grandparent scams and how to stay protected. Thank you to our officers for keeping our community informed and empowered.
