Have you ever wondered what a “knot” in your muscle really is?
That pain and stiffness you feel — sometimes limiting your movement — is caused by muscle tissue that has become tight and contracted. When this happens, the muscle forms a palpable trigger point that can feel like a small lump or nodule.

If you’re ready to relieve tension and restore movement, book a massage with our wonderful RMTs, Alex and Shari.
Call the clinic today to schedule your appointment, or click the link below to schedule your appointment:

Meet Hayley Sinclair, BSc, MPT
Physiotherapist, Dry Needling and Pelvic Health

Hayley is a dedicated physiotherapist who brings a thoughtful, evidence based approach to client care. She treats a wide range of conditions and is especially passionate about supporting patients through personalized, client centered treatment plans. Her practice includes manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, and dry needling.

Continuing education is an important part of Hayley’s professional journey. She has recently completed advanced training in pelvic health, with a special focus on treating incontinence and pelvic pain.

Hayley earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biology (with a minor in Health and Society) and her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. During her undergraduate years, she worked as a recreational therapy assistant, promoting wellness, independence, and community engagement among older adults. A role that helped shape her commitment to supporting healthy aging.

Outside the clinic, Hayley enjoys exploring new restaurants, performing stand-up comedy, and playing the violin and fiddle with friends. She stays active through weightlifting and running, and is currently working on improving her golf swing... so you may spot her at a local driving range. 🏌️‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🎻
