ALLANTOIN: Extracted from the root of the comfrey plant, allantoin is a non – irritating ingredient that soothes and protects the skin . Allantoin’s shortlist of skin soothing benefits include anti inflammation and hydration for sensitive skin. Allantoin moisturizes the skin to prevent dryness and irritation. It is suitable for sensitive skin too because of its non-irritable nature. Allantoin helps in shedding dead skin cells as it softens, separates, and exfoliates dead skin cells.

Comfrey poultices are traditionally used topically to help reduce pain and inflammation and speed the healing of muscle and joint issues, sprains, bruises, and closed wounds.

The plant contains allantoin, which promotes cell regeneration, and rosmarinic acid, which has anti-inflammatory effects.

Made with Comfrey leaf & olive oil wrapped in plastic wrap and left on for 2-6 hours.
