Welcome! So glad you’re here.

As you probably read (or will read) in my about me page, I am a holistic registered nurse who is specialized in natural health, nutrition and mental wellness- and I have an overwhelming passion for female health and happiness, specifically in the areas of body-positivity and abundant self-love.

I strongly believe that it is time for our health industry to change, and I am striving to be the bridge between holistic health and western medicine. Without a doubt, there is a time and place that both are needed- and it is my mission to combine these two incredible worlds to create a beautiful, unique and powerful wellness plan that is individualized to each person.

We are all built so uniquely different and require very different things.

Truth be told, there is no such thing as a ‘one size fits all’ treatment plan. As a holistic registered nurse, I am here to figure out what works specifically for YOU and your life. Which means getting to the root cause of the problem you are facing, and using a mixture of holistic and western modalities to treat you in the most natural (yet effective) way possible.

Living with an unexplained symptom, illness or disease does NOT have to be your story.

I believe that every person deserves to be living a life that inspires them- where they feel lit up, look forward to actually living and feel GOOD every single day.

And so, within my website and social media pages you can expect to find an influx of educational tips and resources, as well as massive inspiration, love and support, for you to be living your BEST life.

I am here as your nurse, as your coach, as your guide and as your biggest cheerleader- and I am here to tell you that things CAN and WILL get better. We can do this, together.
