A Day for Learning and Reflection

Ahead of National Truth and Reconciliation Day, our team came together for an Educational Day filled with reflection, learning, and community connection. The day began with a smudging ceremony, followed by a shared lunch of bannock, buffalo meat, and vegetable soup.

As our office is situated on Treaty 6 territory, we acknowledge the significance of participating in opportunities that foster our understanding of Indigenous histories, traditions, and experiences. By creating space for these conversations, we take a small yet meaningful step toward reconciliation and strive to gain a deeper understanding of our Indigenous communities.
