I finally understand the meaning of “self-care”. It’s when we turn off the demands of the world and listen to what the mind, body, & soul needs. With meditation & lots of hot yoga I was finally able to hear that I needed a break. A break from giving and a time to receive from Mother Earth. Adding my nature walks to travelling alone has helped me reconnect to Bianca🤍

As a student on this earth I will keep sharing with my clients the lessons and new things I collect to help with your journey as well.

Even though I stop posting, The Midas Room has been booked back to back every month thanks to my loyal clients and new clients that keep coming❤️
