Magnesium Oil ✨
One of my favorite daily wellness tools — especially for sore muscles, better sleep, and calming a busy nervous system.
Why I love it:
• Helps release tight or achy muscles
• Supports deeper, more restful sleep
• Reduces stress + tension carried in the body
• Can ease headaches + menstrual cramps
• Absorbs through the skin (no upset stomach!)
How to use:
Spray onto arms, legs, belly, or feet.
Let it absorb for 10–20 minutes.
If you feel a little tingle → apply to damp skin or mix with a bit of lotion 💗
