Every Sunday -10:00AM to 11:00AM Morning Flow
Starts March 24 - TOMORROW :)

Class Rates
Drop In - $15
5 Class Pass - $60
10 Class Pass - $100

With any first class purchase, you will receive a secondary class on me!

Payment can be made by check, e-transfer or cash
