Recreation activities like painting give our clients a chance to relax, express themselves, and connect with staff in a positive and supportive environment. Moments like these remind us that healing, creativity, and community can go hand in hand.

🦥 A Wild Day Out 🦥

Our clients recently enjoyed a fun outing to the Exotic Wildlife Expo at the Edmonton Expo Centre, and it was definitely a day to remember! 🐾

From seeing incredible animals up close to learning about different species, everyone had a great time exploring something new. One of the biggest highlights of the day was seeing the bearded dragon and even getting the chance to pet a real live porcupine🦔

🎨 Creativity in Action at PIN

A little while ago, some of our clients had the chance to take part in a pottery activity — shaping, painting, and creating something completely their own. Today we’re excited to share one of the beautiful results!

Our clients got their hands a little messy this week at Crank Pots🎨, painting their own ceramic mugs, bowls and plates—and the creativity did not disappoint! From bold colors to unique designs, every piece had its own personality (just like the artists).

One of our incredible clients poured her heart into decorating this Valentine’s bulletin board — cutting out countless hearts to have them flow like a waterfall for everyone to see. Every single heart is a reminder that love lives here.

Our clients enjoyed a special outing at Landmark movie theatre, coming together to kick back, relax and watch the movie Mercy.

We were honoured to receive a thoughtful holiday visit and gift from Janis Irwin (MLA) before Christmas. The poinsettia she hand-delivered brought smiles and a reminder that kindness lasts well beyond Christmas Day. 🌺
