Form Health requires 1-2 Registered Massage Therapists.
We are located in Unity Village (Oliver Square) near Dream Tea and First Round (11306 104 ave).
We offer a multidisciplinary, patient centered approach with great customer service and free parking.
We offer our Massage Therapists a contractor based environment plus tips and we provide all the necessary supplies including the massage oils and lotions, hydraulic massage tables, laundry, kitchen facilities, etc...
The Massage Therapist must have a positive and professional attitude and be passionate about their career and possess the following qualifications:
• 2200 hrs Massage Therapy Diploma and be in good standing with the CRMTA or equivalent.
• Valid Health Enhancement Practitioner Licence with the City of Edmonton
• Proof of Liability Insurance
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• RAPID/Active Release/Fascial Stretch Therapy are highly recommend
• Punctual and have good time management skills

Clients and staff required to wear a mask at all times within the clinic, increased sanitization of all high-contact surfaces, hand sanitization stations, socially distanced waiting room and directional signage, digital client forms.
