We all have some form of visible or invisible impairment and expect respect and dignity when connecting with loved ones and acquaintances. Each year we observe May as Better Hearing & Speech Month. Founded in 1927 by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the month educates people on speech and hearing impairment and encourages people to take better care of their hearing & speech and support those affected by it.

We want to update our clients about our current state. AHS has allowed side line health care facilities to open as of May 4th. As we are the very first stage of reopening, we are to follow strict safety guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients and our staff. As we are very eager to be open and start scheduling those that have been patiently waiting, access to PPEs is very limited and scheduled shipments are postponed. We are working very hard to acquire the necessary PPE required to keep everyone safe. The government has made a program to assist us with access to PPE but it’s still in progress. We are working very hard to obtain all necessary safety protocols in place before our reopening. Thank you for all of your support and patiences during these times. We will keep you informed in the upcoming weeks when we can officially open. ❤️

Tip #4 for taking care of your hearing aid: Handle with care! Today's hearing aids are small and discreet, but they house powerful, advanced technology. They must be looked after carefully to protect them from external influences.
