Join us for a 6 week Prenatal Yoga experience to enhance the connection with your baby and to embrace and understand the bountiful changes in your body. If you missed our first class, no sweat, you can always join for the remaining classes.

We offer amazing 60 mins kids yoga classes that provide a fun and safe environment for your child to develop self-awareness, creative expression and a strong sense of community.

We run a simultaneous 60 minute metta class so you can make it a family outing.
