We are a health and wellness facility, located at the heart of 124 Street. We are one of Edmonton's premier strength facilities that are open to the public and we would be honoured to have you come and visit. Along with a full fitness facility, we also provide a space that allows chiropractors, massage therapists, physiotherapists, personal trainers and many more to work out of our facility, creating a one-stop-shop for health and wellness.

Been a member of Evolve for about 4 1/2 years now mostly having trained in the South and downtown location. Downtown is a lot better space, often times I even drive here on weekends even though I live closer to the south location. Lots of space, clean, great equipment. Steam room and towel service is a great addition.

This is easily the best gym in the city! The gym is clean, spacious and thoughtfully laid out. They have great equipment (including a lot of new stuff) that is always well maintained. From the front desk to the trainers, everyone is genuinely invested in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Also as someone who has to park outside, the heated underground parking is such a game changer in the winter!

Have been coming to Evolve Downtown for over a year...what I have noticed over that time is dedicated, friendly and welcoming staff, who keep the place organized, and clean and go out of their way to supprot their clients in ways that amps up the customer service experience. I also noticed the training staff actually stop and say hello, acknowledging that you are a member of the Evolve family. There is nothing more rewarding than to be valued and feel like you belong. I encourage everyone to think about Evolve Downtown as their daily/weekly partner in health and wellness activities..And the steamroom and showers after a workout...priceless!
