Hi, I’m Michelle.
I know what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in your body — I lost 100 pounds myself before becoming a personal trainer in 2012 and earning my nutrition diploma.
Now I help other women do what I did: rebuild strength, confidence, and self-trust.

Many of my clients are women over 30 dealing with joint pain, hip or knee replacements, or just feeling stuck.
That’s why I offer pool personal training — the water supports your joints while still giving your muscles a powerful workout.

My Story

In 2010 I decided to get healthy so I hired a trainer. I started eating healthy and trained three times a week. Within a few weeks the weight started to melt off and I fell in love with HITT. After loosing my extra weight I decided to become a personal fitness trainer. So I took my personal training and eating cert. I have been working with clients sense 2012. I would with a wide range of clients online and in person.

In 2016 I fell in love with running and have completed multiple races. I now provide running personal running and nutrition programs.
