You don't need to be fast to be a runner. πŸƒ

You don't need to hit certain paces or impress anyone. You just need to move. A slow mile still counts. A walk-run still counts. As long as you're out there putting one foot in front of the other, you're doing it right. Running isn't about being the fastest β€” it's about showing up and moving forward.

So stop worrying about your pace. Stop comparing yourself to other runners. Just run. However it looks, whatever speed feels right, that's enough. The only thing that matters is that you started.

My Story

In 2010 I decided to get healthy so I hired a trainer. I started eating healthy and trained three times a week. Within a few weeks the weight started to melt off and I fell in love with HITT. After loosing my extra weight I decided to become a personal fitness trainer. So I took my personal training and eating cert. I have been working with clients sense 2012. I would with a wide range of clients online and in person.

In 2016 I fell in love with running and have completed multiple races. I now provide running personal running and nutrition programs.
