Now is your chance! Walk and talk therapy combines the benefits of movement, nature, and counselling.

β˜€οΈ Some people like the less formal setting, making it easier to talk like going for a walk with a friend. Plus being outside and physical movement have positive effects on mood, anxiety, and stress.

βœ… The initial session will start indoors to review consent and discuss how yo manage limits to confidentially due to being outside. Then if you're ready we can head outside!

🌧 In the event of inclement weather, you have the option to switch to an indoor or virtual session, or may reschedule within the week depending on availability.

I don't really suggest changing your resume, as amusing as these are, BUT they are fun (and very creative) examples of reframing. 🀣

We can't control everything but we can change the way we see our situation, thoughts, perceptions, feelings, and so on. Reframing is a process of identifying what isn't working, like negative thought patterns, and learning ways to shift that point of view.
