As most of you have now heard, Edmonton and Alberta will begin the gradual re-opening of the province and city! Massage Therapy is in STAGE 2.
I am hopeful that Stage 1 goes well beginning on May 14th, and the Premier and Health Officials will open Stage 2 June 1st...that being said we NEED to listen to what they are asking of us (self distancing, still staying home when we can, wash your hands, etc). I am asking everyone to PLEASE NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE SO THE PROVINCE ISN'T FORCED TO ROLLBACK THE RE-OPENING...I will be abiding by the health and safety measures outlined for Massage Therapists as that info is presented. PREPARE yourself to come to my appointments with a mask (disposable or washable). I will also have some here for purchase if you don't have access to any. I WILL POST ON FB as soon as I am able to re-open!

To all my wonderful clients I am still here for you. Stess, increased screen time, inactivity etc can really build up the tension in your body.
1. If you're feeling pain or stiffness let me know and I can guide you through some self care exercises (we can even connect through a facetime video)
2. Stretch daily.
3. Stay positive.
4. Practice mindfulness and
5. Know that we can all get through this together and I will let you know when I can reopen ASAP!
TAKE CARE!
