That white “frosting” you see in the after photo? Totally normal. It’s an immediate reaction when the laser interacts with the pigment. Within minutes, the frosting fades and the ink colour slowly becomes visible again.
Here’s what the laser is actually doing:
It breaks the tattoo ink into tiny particles, which your body then clears away through the lymphatic system over the following weeks. This process takes time, which is why treatments are spaced a minimum of 8 weeks apart.
Most permanent makeup brows take about 2–5 sessions to fully remove, but every tattoo behaves differently. Things that affect the process include:
