Yesterday we talked about building the foundation. Today we’re talking about what comes next.

If your athlete is 15–18 and ready to take their game to the next level, this is where they belong.

Performance Development is the progression from Athletic Foundations. Higher demands, advanced coaching, and a real pathway into competitive sport.

They’ll master technique on major lifts, build speed and power, develop advanced movement skills, and learn to manage their training like a serious athlete.

All tracked week by week through the Lumin App.

ATHLETIC FOUNDATIONS is an 8-week program built for athletes aged 12–15 who are ready to train with purpose.

One session per week.
Real coaching from our experienced coaches.
Results that will directly translate into their sport.

They’ll learn to move well, get faster, build strength, and develop the athletic foundation that every sport demands.

All while having fun through structured and inspiring sessions.

1. We can’t build the plan until we know your starting point. We take the guesswork out and focus on the data your body tells us from the very first day.

2. Every KM should have a purpose when it comes to your program. We build the plan to your baseline so we’re not training blind.

3. Now we’re able to manipulate the intensity distance to further avoid any injury. Most injuries stem from bad programming.

By “blowing up” in the beginning, we’re able to create the most effective plan for you.

Athletes did you know that there is going to be a 10-15% of wastage from the carbohydrates you intake that won't be absorbed when you're fuelling during your race?

Our Exogenous Carbohydrate Oxidation test by Exoanalytics we ran with Spencer broke down exactly how many carbs he should be taking.

We're excited to be offering this service to our athletes so they can maximize their fuelling and get the most out of it for their races.

Spring is less than 2 weeks away which means soon we'll be running outside again.

If you're getting knee pain when you run, chances are your glutes might need to be strengthened.

Do this for 3 sets of 10 per side on your next workout to strengthen your glute med.

Fix the hip. Fix the knee.

Sam from Exoanalytics made the trip from Birmingham to run us through an Exogenous Carbohydrate Oxidation Test.

For our endurance athletes, this kind of testing takes the guesswork out of fuelling so you can train and race with a plan that is going to maximize your performance!

Shin pain usually happens when the impact load is higher than your shins can handle right.

Most of the time, it comes down to one (or more) of these:

1. Sudden Mileage Spike - your bones tissues need time to adapt especially when you start running so make you sure you slowly build up your distance and intensity

2. Wrong shoes - having a proper pair of running shoes that fit you is super important. Running shoes help absorb and transition the force more effectively.

3. Overstriding - when you land too far, your leg is straighter when it hits the ground which causes more force to be absorbed through your tibia (shin bone).
