Narrative Therapy is particularly helpful for people who feel defined by their struggles, whether that's depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions. Instead of seeing yourself as "broken" or "damaged," narrative therapy helps you recognize that you have many stories - and you have the power to tell new ones.

Our trained therapists create a safe space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, uncovering the strengths and values that have always been part of your story.

Therapists here at Kells who offer Narrative Therapy:
- Lauren Appleby
- Pamela Hillaby
- Cam Kinosh*ta
- Chantel Wagner
- Emily Peters
- Olivia Curran-Morton
- Sydney Tkachuk
- Timothia Kwok
- Meagan Fisk-Jordan
- Daniel Clark
