💉The DAO + chin Botox combination is an effective approach to softening the lower face.

☑️ Botox to DAO (Depressor Anguli Oris): Relaxing this downward-pulling muscle helps reduce the appearance of a downturned mouth, improving resting expression (resting B face or resting sad face)

☑️ Botox to Chin (Mentalis): Treating the mentalis muscle helps smooth dynamic dimpling, reduces “peau d’orange” texture and softens the horizontal crease caused by the upward movement of the chin.

✅ Mild jowls can often be improved with precise neuromodulator injections (such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Daxxify) to the DAO (depressor anguli oris) and platysma muscles. This helps reduce downward pull, resulting in a subtle lift and softening of the jawline.

💛 My gorgeous client in the photos wanted to improve lower face balance and enhance her natural features—and the results speak for themselves.
In the “before,” she’s actually trying to pull the corners of her mouth downward (trust me, she really tried hard 😄), but now she simply can’t.
