Escape to the mystical and serene jungle located deep within your subconscious mind. Start with an in-depth body scan and then continue on into a nature-esque journey that will indulge all of your five senses. See the plant life, taste the fruit and berries, hear the birds and animals, touch the water, and smell the fresh air. At the end of your journey, you will enter a deep state of relaxation where you can explore the intention of your choosing. Then, close with a series of affirmations that will allow you to easily access mindfulness moving forward.

So make yourself comfortable. Close your eyes or gaze into the soothing video before you. This is your time to invest in nothing more than your own personal wellbeing.

What does Loving Kindness mean to you? Does it mean to love others? Does it mean to love yourself? Does it mean to simply BE love? Is it all of that combined or something else entirely?

When cruelty is met with kindness, kindness wins. When kindness is met with kindness, this grows more kindness. When hate is met with love, love wins. When love is met with love, this grows even more love. Learn to make room for those you encounter in your life. Exercise patience and understanding even when your relationships tend to feel challenging. Feel open to love others and also love yourself. Experience love unconditionally and in its full form.

With Valentine's Day coming up "love" is a topic of conversation that is being passed around a lot. Remember, love and kindness are not exclusive to those in romantic partnerships. Love is for individuals. Love is for couples. Love is for friends. Love is for family. Love is for everyone. The meditation here reflects that and I encourage everyone to engage in this loving kindness practice. ❤❤❤💖

Hey Edmonton! Have you seen the studio yet? Here's a sneak peek look at what to expect. We're kicking things off the beginning of March. Registration will be closing soon. We'd love to see you there! Welcome to the Edmonton Meditation Collective (Tuesdays at 6:30 pm in March).

Our community is designed to provide you with a 360 degree approach to health and happiness. We describe it as our little bee hive. Just a bunch of bees coming together to do the work and make life a little sweeter. This program starts with YOU and many others like you! These individuals are organized into groups of 12 people that inevitably turn into great friends and connections. Throughout the month, our groups actively engage in a number of activities and practices that can help inspire guidance and solutions to some of life's biggest complexities. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Four in-person group meditation sessions throughout March on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.  Online recovery sessions.  Monthly community parties.  Deeper connections with organized Quad Squads.  Exclusive access to the sacred online community group.  Monthly field trips.  Challenges and contests.  Special gifts.  And so much more!!!  After registering, you will be invited to join us at an in-person group meditation on every Tuesday in the month of March at our La Perle based studio. The exact address will be disclosed to all members post registration. Have to miss one of the meditations? No worries! You can make up for it at one of our many online recovery sessions. Do you only participate in teacher-guided meditation sessions, or do you engage in self-guided meditation as well? It is just as beneficial to incorporate self-guided meditation into your daily practice as it is to incorporate teacher-guided meditation. In fact, it is highly encouraged that you ensure you're participating in some of your own self-guided journeys regularly.

Music is the language of the soul. Accompanying your meditation or timed session with peaceful, relaxing, and even inspiring music can truly elevate your experience.

Immerse yourself in tranquility with soothing background music to calm your mind and rejuvenate your spirit. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, a meditation timer is perfect for finding peace and serenity in the midst of your busy day. Take a moment for yourself, close your eyes, and let music take you deeper into a meditative state for just 20 minutes.

Practice your breathing exercises. Go into a deep meditative state. Take some time to manifest something special. Simply relax. Do anything that you feel is best for you during this moment.

Settle into a comfortable and healthy position, close your eyes or find a restful gaze, and tap into single pointed awareness. Do not worry about the time. It's time to come away from mind wandering and distractions and tap into your intention. This moment is dedicated entirely to you and your well-being.
