We’re doing a whole 90-minute Yin class where the only pose is Legs Up the Wall.
If you’ve never done it, it’s exactly what it sounds like. You lie down and rest your legs up the wall, using props to get comfortable. We’ll move through a few variations so you can find the version that actually feels good in your body.
This is a great class if you:
- have tired legs or feet
- sit or stand a lot
- carry tension in your low back
- feel stressed, wired, or run down
- need a calm night that does not require effort
All bodies and all levels welcome. No Yin experience needed. Mats and props are provided.
Come rest. You do not need to be flexible. You just need to show up.
