When the body settles, the truth has space to surface š§š¼āāļø
One of the reasons Iāve been feeling so deeply nourished lately is the work of the Embodied Practice Series. The additional 30 minutes each session allows space to thoughtfully weave our weekly theme through movement and meditationāwhile also making room for what we often resist most: journaling.
While most reflection is offered as home practice, I make sure every practitioner brings pen to paper on their mat. One intentional inquiry each session invites the practice to be embodiedānot just felt in class, but carried into the days that follow.
Journaling is one of the most powerful tools for transformation. After 85 minutes of movement, breath, and stillness, the noise quiets. There are no external tugs or pings demanding your attentionājust you, your mat, and the space to listen inward.
Whether youāre seeking clarity around your desires or commitments, processing pain or emotions that may be dimming your light, or simply creating space to express gratitude and amplify whatās already meaningful, journaling opens the doorway to it all.
Not sure how to begin? Stay tuned for my next newsletter, where Iāll be sharing accessible, actionable inquiries to help you embody this practice more fully. If youāre not on my email list and would like to receive it, simply DM me your email.
The final Embodied Practice session takes place Monday, February 16th at 7:00pmāa grounding way to close out the long weekend. Space is limited, so I invite you to reserve your spot via the link below. This series has been a powerful way to begin a new chapter, and I canāt wait to share whatās unfolding next.
