This radicular cyst is healing well after microsurgery was completed. Patient was complaining of persistent sharp pain in his right nose and headaches. All this resolved after the surgery.

Endodontic explorer broke when dentist was trying to open up the apical third. Patient was in pain because canal was not fully disinfected prior to the break.

Dr Lo was able to remove the explorer and fully disinfect the canal to length. The patient is not in any pain anymore and is very happy 😊

Moderate cystic lesion around the root apices of teeth #11 and #12. Micro-Surgery was completed to enucleate the cyst and the canals were disinfected and Retrofilled with bioceramic.

The previous endodontic treatment failed for tooth #36. The normal anatomy was maintained during retreatment. Gentlewave irrigation was used to disinfect the canals to length while preserving dentin all tooth structure.
