If you’re always tired, your indoor air quality could be to blame. 🏠

When your air has too much CO2 in it, your brain doesn’t get all the oxygen it needs, which in turn makes you sleepy and tired.

Removing CO2 from your air can be done by increasing ventilation. That way, polluted indoor air will be ejected outside and fresh outside air will be injected inside!

Your tiredness will then fade away. 🍃
