Let's normalize and accept adults who use support items! So many hide this and the hiding creates extra stress and anxiety trying to ensure people don't see it! If you had a comfort item when you were younger, the feeling you received from that is the same no matter the age. It's the release of feel good neurochemicals plain and simple. When you know better, we can do better! ❤️❤️❤️
