Offering different modalities from homeopathics to energetic clearings, Cherise Fron, a Reiki Master, Jin Shin Juytsu Practitioner, and Bio-Energeric Therapist is there for you. Located in a rural setting, just outside of Edson near the McLeod River, we endeavour to use the energy and life force that flows all around us to help you to feel better on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art that comes from the words rei- meaning God's wisdom, or the Higher Power, and ki- meaning life force energy. During a session, the client receives this healing energy as it is being passed through the practitioner. The experience each client receives will vary from person to person, but benefits of a treatment can leave the client leaving very relaxed, grounded and energized. Cherise Fron is a Reiki Master and has been learning about and working with energy healing since 2009 and practicing Reiki since 2013. Aplolgies, as I now have a date with a lot of tissues and Berry Resilient tea that is packed with immune boosting goodness.

If you are starting to feel like you are being hit by a bug, place your hand over your shoulder by your neck and hold each of your fingers (on the other hand) to help your body fight it.

I am also enjoying the benefits of Bio Boost to make sure this bug doesn't stick around long.
