Yesterday afternoon I had the honour of facilitating (2x) 45min Sound Bath Meditations for some clients of the Perth Family Health Team! A brand new experience for many who attended with great feedback given! It was a very relaxing & inspiring afternoon!

First time trying Forfar Dairy pizza last night and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients, sweet tasting chewy crust and overall flavorful! I will definitely be back for more and only a short drive away!!! 😋🍕 -Jessica
