The Full Beaver Moon Sound Bath Meditation (2025) was a deeply restorative evening for all!

With the changing of seasons, time change, full moon and dreary weather the collective energy was heavy with exhaustion prior to our meditation.

We started our practice with an extended guided meditation involving breathwork, Nidra with a full body scan to reach a transformational experience of inner calm with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, various chimes, gongs, etc. washing over our bodies to reach a state of full mind body and soul relaxation! Thank you for attending!! ☺️
