I haven’t spoken much about Reiki lately.
Not because it isn’t powerful —
but because it’s quiet work.

There’s a difference between being tired
and being depleted.

Some things don’t show up on lab work —
but you feel them.

The constant “on.”
The body tension.
The emotional weight you’ve been carrying.

You lie down.
You rest.
Your body softens.

Each session unfolds in its own way.

I really love offering Jaw Reset.

When someone comes in carrying tension in their jaw, you can often see how much effort they’ve been using just to get through their day. Then, as we begin to work, the body starts to respond. The muscles soften. The breath deepens. The whole system finds a little more ease.

I pay close attention to how each person’s body presents and let that guide where support is needed most.

This week I witnessed beautiful changes. Less clenching. Less guarding. More comfort. More calm.

Moments like that never get old for me.
