UPDATE: Session is now full!

Due to the overwhelming interest in our first Navigating Menopause presentation (which filled up quickly!), we’ve added a second date on February 23rd.

Thanks to the waitlist from the first session, we now have just 3 spots remaining for this upcoming presentation.

At this time, we won’t be creating an additional waitlist, as we’re unsure when another session could be scheduled.

Preventative Care Appointments for Unrostered Patients

We’re pleased to offer preventative care appointments for unrostered patients at the Elliot Lake Family Health Team. These visits may include preventative health assessments, cancer screening, chronic disease management, prescription renewals, and immunizations.

Appointments are available on Wednesday, January 21 and Monday, January 26.
