Please never apologize for your body, there is nothing to be sorry for!

Even our anatomy, body shape, hair growth, lumps and bumps, scars, moles. We see it all!

Rest assured your therapist will never bring anything up about your body unless it is clinically relevant or needs medical attention.

Every BODY is a massage BODY worthy of relaxation, peace and comfort.

Great news! The pool will be re-opening next month.

Swimming is excellent low impact exercise that can benefit all ages.

Great news! The required repairs at the Ruben Yli-Juuti Centre are now complete, and we’re excited to share that the facility will be re-opening on Monday, March 9th!

Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding while this work was being completed. We can’t wait to welcome you back!

Due to my recent clinic location change, some insurance providers are currently updating my information in their systems.

During this transition, direct billing will be temporarily paused for approximately 2–3 weeks while updates are processed.
Clients will still receive:

✔️ A detailed receipt immediately following their appointment

✔️ All required information for self-submission to their insurance provider

Most insurers reimburse quickly once submitted directly.

Thank you for your patience during this transition as I complete the administrative updates. Direct billing will resume as soon as approvals are finalized.

Love this!

Soft skills matter so much. I believe trust in there therapeutic relationship is what builds the recipe for change to happen. It promotes relaxation, comfort and reduces tension in the body.

Whether its your first massage or your 100th you can rest easy you will be met with the same quality of care.

Northern Roots Therapeutics operates strictly by appointment only.

✔ No walk-ins
✔ Online booking only

As a solo practitioner, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.

I take the time to prepare to be physically and emotionally present for each person that walks through the door. Cancellations and missed appointments impact the flow of my space and can lead to care being delayed for people that really need my help. I can usually fill these spots.. however, please keep in mind I have a 24 hour cancellation policy that will be enforced going forward.

If i'm in my space im treating, preparing to treat or completing clinical documentation. For fairness and practicality I need all appointments to be booked online.

Thank you in advance for respecting the boundaries of our shared space and I look forward to welcoming you!
