Oh Newfoundland, you captured our hearts! Such beauty and such warm hospitality. Thank you to Jay & Ang for being such great tour guides. We visited Gros Morne and hiked in the Tablelands, dined at the cutest sea side restaurant, discovered the original 'online shopping,' and took in the Western Brook Pond Tour. Let me tell you, ponds are much grander than they are in Ontario with waterfalls and fjords.

So, we did a thing this summer that has been on my list for years. We rode our bikes from our house to Goderich using the G2G Trail. It was awesome, beautiful, grueling at times and feels great to have accomplished. One way was 112 km. Ryan completed the round trip. I decided to tap out in Blythe on the way home. West was a champ and met us at Cowbell Brewery for lunch and to rescue his mama. I'm already thinking about next year's trip! 🚴
