🌿✨ Join Me for an Evening of Yoga and Sound Healing! ✨🌿
We'll begin with a 45-minute Hatha Yoga session designed to align your body and calm your mind, followed by a soothing 15-minute sound bath savasana. To deepen our experience, we'll conclude with a 30-minute sound bath meditation, allowing the healing vibrations to wash over you.
🗓 Date: Monday & Wednesday Evenings
⏰ Time: 7-8:30
💵 Cost: $25 for 90 minutes
📍 Location:17 Donaldson ave, Enfield
