This Restorative Yoga experience offers gentle, fully supported postures that soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and allow the body to soften, heal, and restore.

As you settle deeply into each pose, Reiki energy will be offered to support your body's natural healing and energetic balance.

Lastly, as you settle into a cozy Savasana, the resonant tones of crystal singing bowl and other sacred instruments will gently guide you even further inward, Bathed in soothing vibration, you are invited to simply rest, receive, and allow the frequencies to wash through your body and spirit, leaving you feeling deeply nourished, grounded, and renewed.
