Before the whirlwind of the season begins, gift yourself a sacred pause — a moment to return to stillness and align with your inner light. Join us for a Restorative Soundbath where healing vibrations, gentle frequencies, and intention weave together to soothe the spirit and calm the mind. Allow the sounds to wash over you, releasing what no longer serves and creating space for peace, clarity, and renewal as we enter the season ahead.

I recommend that you dress comfortably and that you bring water, a yoga mat, a pillow, a blanket to lay on and one to put over you, or whatever you would like to build your cozy ‘nest’ as we will be on the floor. I do have 10 cozy settings available for those who prefer not to bring their own and these are available on a first-priority basis.
