The way K9CI C**t looks at his handler is so full of love. He has started consistently responding to her fainting spells by being calm and applying tactile stimulation with body pressure whether that's sitting up or lying on the floor. These two are gearing up for another home visit as he progresses in his training!

K9CI Garth and his handler Emilie did excellent work at team training last week. K9CI Garth is a PTSD Service Dog fully funded by our proud affiliate, ’s Operation Service Dog. 🇨🇦 Truly a beautiful match and well on their way to certification and formal placement.

This initiative raises money and funds the entire cost to select providers across Canada to provide these life-enhancing canines who are specially trained to assist with PTSD for our Canadian Veterans and First Responders. WWC’s Operation Service Dog is nearing its 500th placement this month!

K9CI Jersey and her handler Tara took on the mall and some errands today! It’s amazing the freedom this sweet girl has provided Tara.

Two concerts, four Blue Jays games and three flights under her collar and many more to go! ♥️

We are so proud of this team and incredibly grateful to have Tara as a part of our K9CI Staff Team!

K9CI Murphy and K9CI C**t just hanging out! Murph is showing his buddy C**t the ropes in this trainer’s house! 🫡

K9CI C**t paid a visit for some training around young children, other animals (horses, chickens, rabbits, cats and other dogs) and to generalize his skills under another trainer. C**t will be going to a home with a horse friend so we are constantly positively exposing him to any animals that may be in his life once he’s fully placed.
