Date: Friday June 4.2021
Location: Elora Medical group, 21 Hamilton St, Elora

For patients of Dr.Brault, Dr.Connelly, Dr.A.Williams, Dr.Pridham.

Criteria:
-Age 18 or older
-Pregnant, any age
-Have not received a first dose of CoVid-19 vaccine

If you meet this criteria, Please contact our office ASAP to book a vaccine appointment at 519-846-5345

Vaccine appointments will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
