A few things coming up over the next little while that feel really worth stepping out for…

especially if you’ve been craving slower, calmer, more intentional ways to move through the season 🤍

First up:

🌿 April 15, I’ll be at KW for an evening of restorative yoga, infused with essential oils and gentle adjustments. It’s always such a soft landing mid-week.

Then
🌿 April 26 is our half-day retreat, Flow & Restore
This one is a really full, but still spacious kind of day:

– Pilates & Pause
– a lymphatic facial workshop (simple techniques you can actually use at home)
– a nourishing lunch + drinks
– restorative yoga focused on lymphatic flow
– sound healing
– and time in between to just be, rest, connect, or take a moment for yourself

It kind of carries us right into May…

🌿 May 3 — Restore & Radiate (lymphatic care workshop)
We’re planning this one with the intention of being outside, in the forest, weather depending. Still finalizing details, but it’s going to be a really beautiful, grounding experience.

Back at The Yurt KW:

🌿 May 10 — restorative yoga with a little Mother’s Day twist
🌿 May 17 — another restorative session

And if you can’t make the May 3 workshop, I’ll be adding another Restore & Radiate date, likely May 23 or 30.

There’s something about this time of year… the sun coming back, everything starting to feel a bit lighter, a bit more open. It feels like a really good time to take care of your nervous system and support your body more gently.

I spent the afternoon at leading a dedicated group through the art of lymphatic drainage and the surrender of restorative yoga. It wasn’t just a workshop; it was a total body and mind recalibration.

When people hear “lymphatic drainage”, they usually think of spa facials or post-surgery care.

But the lymphatic system actually plays a huge role in things like:

• facial puffiness
• inflammation
• fatigue
• immune support
• fluid retention

And most people don’t realize you can support it naturally with simple movement and gentle facial techniques.

That’s exactly what we’ll be exploring together at my upcoming workshop, Restore & Radiate at the beautiful
The Village at 1883.

We’ll spend the afternoon with:

🧘‍♀️ lymphatic-focused restorative yoga
✨ a guided DIY lymphatic facial routine
🌿 tools you can use at home to keep supporting your system

Kitchener-Waterloo wellness events this March 🌿

A little late. I’ve been in the arena k?! But I do have some Restorative yoga, lymphatic care, and cozy community spaces to help you reset for spring.

If winter has you feeling a little frozen (physically or energetically), I’ve created a few beautiful ways for us to slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and gather in community across the KW region.

☕ March 13 – Coffee & Conversation for Women Entrepreneurs
Curious about the GLOW community I speak about? Join us for a relaxed morning at in Kitchener. Coffee, conversation, and connection with other heart-led female entrepreneurs.

🌿 March 15 – Restorative Yoga at 1pm -2pm
Step into the warm wooden space of the yurt and let your nervous system exhale. Expect restorative yoga, essential oils, and gentle adjustments designed to help the body deeply relax. This class is intentionally low-cost so more people in our community can access rest.

✨ March 21 – Restore & Radiate Lymphatic Care Workshop
Hosted at the beautiful in Conestogo.
A 2-hour lymphatic wellness workshop including:
• lymphatic-focused restorative yoga
• a DIY lymphatic facial workshop
• education on supporting lymphatic flow and facial drainage at home

🌿 March 29 – Restorative Yoga at (1–2 PM)
Another cozy afternoon of restorative yoga, essential oils, and nervous system reset inside the yurt.

Three different spaces.
One shared intention: rest, restore, and gently thaw into spring.

A One-of-a-Kind Ritual

I am so excited to invite you to Restore & Radiate- A Lympahitc Care Workshop on March 21st at .

This workshop is a true labour of love and a bit of a “unicorn” experience. I’ve blended my clinical world as a Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner with my deep roots as an RHN (Holistic Nutritionist) to create something I haven’t seen offered anywhere else.

It’s the bridge between the science of how your body detoxes and the soul of how you rest.

What we’re doing together:

🧘‍♀️ 60 Mins of Lymphatic Restorative Yoga: This isn’t stretching. It’s a sequence I’ve designed to “pump” the deep lymphatic wells in the abdomen and body using intentional, restorative movement.

✨ 60 Mins of Educational DIY Lymphatic Facial: I’m pulling back the curtain on my clinical practice to teach you how to drain your own face and neck safely.

You’ll leave with a professional take-home guide and the option to add on a signature Quartz Gua Sha and organic oil kit to keep the magic going at home.

A gentle place to land.

This month, I’m offering 2 Community Restorative Yoga sessions, a 60-minute practice created as an accessible way to support the nervous system and come back into the body with ease.

These sessions are slow, supportive, and grounding, with restorative shapes, essential oils, and gentle adjustments, all held in a small, intimate space so you can truly rest.

As a gift to the community, these classes are offered at a reduced rate because access matters to me.

I’ll be hosting two sessions at :

✨ Feb 18 | 7–8 pm — settling into the evening
✨ Feb 22 | 1–2 pm — a soft afternoon pause

Space is limited to keep the experience intentional, but my hope is that these gatherings feel welcoming and nourishing for as many of you as possible 🤍
