A few things coming up over the next little while that feel really worth stepping out for…
especially if you’ve been craving slower, calmer, more intentional ways to move through the season 🤍
First up:
🌿 April 15, I’ll be at KW for an evening of restorative yoga, infused with essential oils and gentle adjustments. It’s always such a soft landing mid-week.
Then
🌿 April 26 is our half-day retreat, Flow & Restore
This one is a really full, but still spacious kind of day:
– Pilates & Pause
– a lymphatic facial workshop (simple techniques you can actually use at home)
– a nourishing lunch + drinks
– restorative yoga focused on lymphatic flow
– sound healing
– and time in between to just be, rest, connect, or take a moment for yourself
It kind of carries us right into May…
🌿 May 3 — Restore & Radiate (lymphatic care workshop)
We’re planning this one with the intention of being outside, in the forest, weather depending. Still finalizing details, but it’s going to be a really beautiful, grounding experience.
Back at The Yurt KW:
🌿 May 10 — restorative yoga with a little Mother’s Day twist
🌿 May 17 — another restorative session
And if you can’t make the May 3 workshop, I’ll be adding another Restore & Radiate date, likely May 23 or 30.
There’s something about this time of year… the sun coming back, everything starting to feel a bit lighter, a bit more open. It feels like a really good time to take care of your nervous system and support your body more gently.
