Situated on the South side of the Grand River across from the Victoria Street walking bridge, this spacious, sunlit studio with interior stone walls offers students a beautiful space to experience the benefits Offering online and in studio classes. The spacious 1100 square foot studio, with interior stone walls and river just outside the door, offers students a beautiful space to experience the benefits of yoga, meditation and relaxation. The aim of the studio is to create a strong yoga community by teaching the yogic practices, philosophy and life skills passed down to us from our teachers.

Monday 5:30pm YIN YOGA, Wednesday 11am WISDOM YOGA, Wednesday 6pm YANGYIN YOGA.

Drop-in attendance is available if space permits, but we recommend reserving your spot as our classes tend to sell out quickly.

Alternatively, join our ONLINE YOGA COMMUNITY, where all classes are live-streamed and available on-demand.
