Oh my goodness! So good!

Edit with recipe:
Make 1 package caramel sauce
and let it cold ti room temperature

Caramel Cream Cheese Dip
•1 room temperature cream cheese blended till smooth,
•added 1/3 cup of the caramel mixed well •added 1/3 cup skor bits and mixed well

Lay cream cheese mix on cellophane shape into a log shape and cover it!
Put in the freeze for about 30 mins or until hardened to your liking (you could put it in the fridge and leave overnight as well)

When ready to serve: put cream cheese log onto a plate cover with left over caramel sauce and skor bits!!

Have ambrosia apples slices (or your favourite apples), gluten-free ginger snaps and/or mini gluten-free snickerdoodle cookies!!
