Thank you so much, Tosha for reaching out and getting back to reflexology! So glad you were able to relax and have a good sleep :)
One of my main goals this year is to slow down & take better care of my mind, body and soul.
I have always had reflexology in my life, my Mom became certified when I was a toddler so I remember her doing things what we referred to as “witch doctor stuff” to our feet at a young age (helping with a fever was one of them!) I found it extremely interesting and signed up for the course when I was 18 and became certified as well. I offered the service for a few years but quickly realized I loved having the knowledge but preferred to have a treatment myself vs offer the treatment so I let my registration expire. (Which I do regret from time to time!)
Prioritizing self care this year lead me to Colleen Essential Touch Holistic Services in Salem. I did an hour long reflexology earlier this week. It was one of the most relaxing treatments I have ever had. Not only benefiting from the relaxation part of her services (laying in a quiet, dark room with a heated blanket when she works on your feet) but also the health benefits that come along with reflexology (stimulate nerve function, increase energy, boost circulation, eliminate toxins, stimulate the central nervous system, prevent migraines, clean up urinary tract conditions, speed-up recovery after injury or surgery, help relieve sleep disorders, reduce depression, and relieve pain… just to name a few!)
Make sure your taking the time for you.. we all get so busy and wrapped up in our work/life. Take some time for you, and go visit Colleen! I promise you will not regret meeting her!
