I had a wonderful time at the Victoria Park Senior Centre Retirement and Active Living Show at the Fergus Sportsplex! 💜

It was such a pleasure meeting so many amazing people, sharing conversations, and introducing reflexology and chair massage to those trying it for the first time. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth—your curiosity and enthusiasm made the day so special!
