At Soulwork Hair Studio, we believe great businesses are built through community—and we’re excited to collaborate with someone local who shares that mindset.

We’re currently looking for a photographer/videographer to help us capture the heart of what we do. This project will include:
• Team and staff photography
• Product shots
• Short-form video content for social media and advertising

More than just a one-time project, we’re hoping to build a relationship with someone who understands our brand and wants to grow alongside us.

For this service, I combined balayage with teasy lights to create a brighter, cooler blonde with soft dimension. This technique keeps the blend natural while still giving that fresh, luminous pop of blonde.

Before ➡️ After… and what a difference the right placement makes ✨

I kept her natural base and added a half head of teasylights to create soft, diffused brightness with beautiful dimension throughout.

Now her colour moves, reflects light, and feels fresh without looking overdone. Bright, but balanced. Noticeable, but still natural.

This is for the girls who want that “something’s different” glow without committing to a full head of highlights.

Before → process → payoff ✨

This one was a two-appointment glow-up and totally worth the patience. We were starting with uneven previous color and lots of mixed tones, so instead of rushing it, we made a plan.

The first appointment, we reset her base back to her natural using The Present Time color line to create an even, healthy foundation. Giving the hair a few weeks to rest and let everything settle and shine.

At the second appointment, we added a custom balayage to build dimension and softness through the mids and ends. The result is a blended, natural look that will grow out gracefully and stay easy to maintain between visits.

Two visits, zero regrets. 🌱
