This is why your teens are anxious...

When's the last time they were %100 in their body?

In this picture I am fully in my body and in the present moment.

Why?

Because I have to be.

If we are in the present, grounded, and focus on an important task we can not be anxious.

It's impossible.

Being in a state of anxiety is an out of body experience.

It's a state of fear that has us living in either past or future but not in the now.

One of the most important habits you can create to avoid anxiety is a consistent exercise routine.

It doesn't have to be hard, or grueling.

It just has to bring you back into your body.

Have your teens try:
Walking
Weight training
Yoga
Sports
Or anything that they enjoy that involves moving their body.
