Physiotherapist Assistant (PTA):
Fulltime Position Available.

We are looking for a Physiotherapist Assistant. (Bilingual an asset) College diploma is a plus but not necessary. Job description: assist the physiotherapist with ultra-sound, TENS, IFC, MStim., prepare and show exercises recommended by the Physiotherapist, clean rooms after patients and laundry.

With changes from the pandemic and the acceleration of teleworking, our area has become one of the fastest growing in Eastern Ontario, offering the best in community living and leisure as we are located in proximity to the beautiful Outaouais, Laurentian and Eastern Township areas, offering year round leisure and entertainment.

As an established clinic, we provide services predominantly to an active private clientele.

Working in a smaller community provides an opportunity to work with a broader client population including pediatrics, adults and an active elderly population. Our clients include orthopedics, sports injuries, motor vehicle and work related injuries.

Compensation can be salaried or contractor based. For salaried positions, we offer a complete extended health care benefits package including long-term disability insurance and education benefits. For new graduates we offer mentorship from our Senior Physiotherapists.

NEW Physiotherapy Home Care Services

We are pleased to offer Home Care Physiotherapy services for patients in the Prescott- Russell and Glengarry- Stormont- Dundas area, east of Ottawa.

For patients with serious injuries, we provide treatment during the acute / subacute phase, until they can attend in-clinic treatment. Our service is also offered for the elderly. This service aims to assist our loved ones in remaining at home by educating them on self-care and ensuring their safety as they go about their daily activities.

For the Elderly , services are offered in person and through virtual care. Virtual care follow-up also offers patients more options given the onerous costs associated in providing home based services.

It's official!!! I, Sarah Achtereekte, will be returning to work on July 6 following my maternity leave. Very excited to be coming back to work with such an awesome crew.
