Hello everyone!
I’m excited to share that my new booking system with Noterro is almost ready. I’m currently transferring all existing appointments from Square into the new calendar. If you already have an appointment booked, you may receive an email asking you to complete a new intake form—this will allow me to move from paper forms to convenient online forms. Please take a moment to fill it out when it arrives.

✨ What’s new with Noterro:
• Waitlists so you can receive notifications for cancellations
• Online intake forms and receipts
• A dedicated spot for insurance information, allowing me to direct bill for you more smoothly

🌿 Why Consistent Massage Is More Effective Than Year-End Clusters 🌿

Receiving massage therapy every two months provides significantly better results than trying to use all remaining benefits at the end of the year.

Benefits of regular treatments:
- Helps prevent chronic tension from building
- Supports long-term pain relief and improved mobility
- Allows your therapist to track progress and adjust care
- Promotes better stress management and overall wellness
- Avoids the year-end booking rush and limited availability

Why end-of-year cram sessions fall short:
- The body can’t effectively resolve a year’s worth of tension in a few weeks
- Results are often temporary, with increased likelihood of soreness
- Progress is less consistent without ongoing maintenance

Consistent care leads to stronger, longer-lasting outcomes.

🌿 A Note About My 2026 Rates 🌿

As I approach 10 years in massage therapy, I want to thank everyone who’s supported my business over the years. 💚

In that time, I’ve only raised prices twice — keeping rates affordable while providing quality care. After reviewing the average massage rates in Saskatchewan, I realized my prices are still below the provincial average and lower than RMTs that just started this career.

To reflect my experience, align with current rates, and keep up with rising costs, a small price adjustment will take effect January 2026.

New Rates (effective January 2026):
Therapeutic, Relaxation & Cupping Massage
• 30 min (Children 5–10 yrs): $60
• 45 min: $75 → $80
• 60 min: $85 → $90
• 75 min: $95 → $100
• 90 min: $115 → $120

Hot Stone Massage
• 60 min: $100
• 90 min: $130

Massage Packages
• 3 × 60 min: $240 → $250 (Save $20)
• 5 × 60 min: $400 → $420 (Save $30)
• 3 × 60 min Hot Stone: $280 (Save $20)
